Perfecting The Art Of Lawn Care...Results Measured In Yards!
These are some commonly asked questions
Q: It rained right after my treatment, will the products work?
A: Typically we try and avoid applying applications when rain is in the forecast, however sometimes it is unavoidable. The rain will be great for the granular products applied (typically fertilizers and insecticides). If however heavy
rain occurs before the weed control dries(about 2-3 hours after treatment) it will be ineffective. If your lawn does not have a weed problem you will be fine, but if you do have weeds please call for a no charge re-spray.
Q: My lawn was mowed right after a treatment, will the products work?
A: Granular products will be fine and stay at the soil level, however if it was mowed before our liquid weed control dried (typically 2-3 hours) we may need to come re-apply if you have any remaining weeds.
Q: I just had an application and still have weeds?
A: We recommend that you wait 10-14 days to allow weeds to die after a treatment. If weeds persist after this point please call for a re-spray.
Q: I had a treatment today on my lawn, when can my dog go out?
A: After normal applications we recommend keeping all pets and children off the lawn until all liquids applied have had time to dry, usually 2-3 hours.
Q: When can I water after a treatment?
A: After normal applications, please wait until the evening or the following morning to water. However after grub control or non liquid applications please water in as soon as possible.
Q: Do I need to be home for you to treat my lawn?
A: No, you do not need to be home. We will apply the application, post your
lawn, and leave the paper work at your door. However, if you have a locked gate, or leave a dog in the yard please notify us in advance.
If you want to be home during the application, because you have question for you
tech please notify us in advance.
Q: When can I mow after a treatment?
A: After granular applications you can mow whenever you would like, however after liquids are applied please wait 24 hours to mow.
Q: How can I grow grass in shade?
A:
Q: You were just out when is my next treatment?
A: We have 5 lawn treatments and schedule them in 6-8 week intervals depending on weather and scheduling. Grub control treatments are applied during the summer months and can be applied very close to either application 2 or 3 at times. Lawn renovations are scheduled in either spring or fall.
